Selnet (Social Enterprise Lancashire Network) is looking to recruit a Project Lead Officer to work within our Building Better Opportunities (BBO) projects. The BBO projects for Lancashire aim to support those most at risk of exclusion from the labour market and identify, reduce and/or remove barriers to engagement and employment for participants.
The successful candidate will need excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for ensuring we achieve the best outcomes for those we support by working in partnership with all stakeholders. They will take a proactive approach to support Selnet’s work and ensure that their experience in both project and partner management drives the project to achieve its targets.
As Project Lead Officer, you will provide a resource for partner queries and foster relationships between project partners to ensure effective collaborations throughout all project delivery. You will manage your own caseload of partners and report to the Partnership Manager with both statistical and qualitative information relating to a partner’s delivery progress. Highlighting performance, good practice and measures to be implemented to avoid risk to projects.
The post will be a minimum 12-month contract from start date with extension likely, subject to funding. The successful candidate will be subject to a six-month probationary period.

Post-recruitment timeframe and application details are:
