Change Grow Live is a charity specialising in Substance Misuse and Criminal Justice intervention projects in England and Wales. We’re funded by councils and local authorities who commission us to provide services, and we sometimes receive donations from the public.
Because we’re not a business, we’re not looking to make a profit. So we can focus on making sure that everything we do is helping the people who use our services, and the wider public too.

We offer business support and administration services to entrepreneurs, start-ups, not-for-profits, and SMEs. We recognise that small businesses are the backbone of local communities; they provide character and individuality that reflect a town’s personality. Business owners and employees usually live and work within their communities. Building successful businesses create a thriving local economy with local jobs and strong community bonds.
Simultaneously, we provide employment and work experience opportunities, with job coaching and pastoral support for people looking for employment.
We are a newly formed organisation providing employment, training and support for individuals involved with the criminal justice system whilst on RoTL, community licence and post release.
Growing Resilience is a self-awareness course that considers encountering conflict and stress in everyday life, as a certain inevitability. The programme shows the participants how to grow a mental health toolkit to become more resilient and be better able to cope with times of chaos and deal with conflict pro-actively, focussing on a positive future situation.
We offer a range of services to local residents and families across East Lancashire that includes vocational qualifications, functional skills, employability skills, enterprise support, bi-lingual info advice and guidance, traineeship (16-25) etc.
