About Us
Lancashire Careers Company CIC exists to ensure that professional, qualified, and registered career development is available to unemployed people throughout the region. Those providing career guidance are qualified to a minimum of Level 6 in the careers sector. We measure the impact of our intervention using evidence-based tools and psychometric testing (Morrisby and Outcomes Star).
While we work with anyone who is seeking career change or employment, we have a specific interest in working with Lancashire Care Leavers (18-25), veterans and 50+
We are specialist professionals who firmly believe that collaborating adds value to our purpose.
We are registered members of the Career Development Institute. We have the Armed Forces Covenant Bronze Award, and we are Disability Confident employers. All associates are cleared with Enhanced DBS and are on the update service. We are proud members of Social Enterprise UK.
